• All Structural RCC works shall abide by the IS 456 standards and the latest IS codes.

• All outside walls are in laterite masonry and inside walls in single brick masonry.

• All cement mortar plastering is in 1:3 or 1:4 as applicable.

• A combination of swinging and hanging powder coated and fully glazed aluminium shutters with M.S. grills for windows.

• Vitrified tile for the entire apartment.

• Concealed copper wiring and adequate light, fan and plug points.  Good quality modular switches.  3 phase connection with independent KSEB meters.

• Plastic emulsion over putty for interior walls, enamel paint for inside doors.  Spray polish/touch wood for main door.  Premium quality paint for outside.  Enamel paint for grills and handrails.

• Stainless steel sink with drain board on granite counter and glazed tile dado up to 60cm height for kitchens.  Sink and platform in work area with provision for washing machine.

• Ceramic tiles for the floor and glazed tiles upto 210 cm height in bath rooms, concealed pipe with light coloured sanitary fittings.  Premium quality C/P fitting with mixers for hot and cold water, soap dish, towel rod, and provision for exhaust fan and Geyser in toilets.

• One eight passenger and one bed lift.

• Backup generator for all common pints, selected light and fan points insider the apartment.

• KWA water and well water through sump and overhead tank.

• Cable TV connection in living room and master bed room.

• Intercom facility, concealed conduit wiring for telephones in living room and master bed room.
