It is mandatory for any real estate property to get RERA approved. Accordingly we also take RERA registration for our project. The Registration No. of project Triton Crescent is K-RERA/PRJ/037/2020 , the Registration No. of project mypod 1.0 is K‐RERA/PRJ/KKD/072/2021 and the Registration No. of project Downtown is K-RERA/PRJ/KKD/199/2022

Yes we can assist you in arranging Housing finance with all leading banks like SBI, HDFC, Canara Bank, PNB, Federal, Axis, BOI & LIC housing from whom we have got project approval.

Our completion period for each project depends on the size of the project. So far we have delivered all our previous projects on time, which is our testimony to deliver projects as committed.

Yes, we insure our project before we commence work to cover all contingencies.

Common areas will be connected by Wi-fi depending on the project specification and we provide provision for internet connection in all apartments.

Yes, we provide solar power for common area lighting.

Yes we have a separate in-house team to rent out and resell apartments.

Yes the registration of sale deed will be executed for the undivided share in land and your apartment.

Yes, we have an in-house interior division who responsibly takes care of the interior works of our customers according to their choice.

No, commonly we don’t have any property exchange scheme.

Yes we have a waste management system to be followed once the residents start occupying the complex which is maintained by our team.

Yes. We allow customisation in your apartment, but it has to be informed to us well in advance for proper planning and execution.

The common area expenses are shared by all the owners. It is collected on a monthly basis. Once the Association is formed they takes responsibility of handling the monthly maintenance.
